Overall we had a great stay. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The breakfast is good (enough choice for us). Location is good too for the Bridge area and getting to both sides.

We booked the hotel as part of our daughter’s 30th birthday celebration trip and were delighted when the hotel left a bottle of champagne in her room when we got back from an evening out. It was a delightful surprise for her to round off the day. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and well presented each morning. The room was very clean and well serviced every day.

The property is located in a very nice place with the easy access to everywhere walking, the staff were exceptional and amazing, the breakfast is also very good. I also loved the tentativeness of the staff and the fact that they went out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

The location is excellent; away from the busy crowds but an easy walk to the river front and city and with a good choice of restaurants in the immediate area. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet and the beds are really comfortable - especially the NH pillows. Breakfast is good with a wide choice and cook to order options if you prefer. Without fail every member of staff was friendly, helpful and courteous.

Gorgeous room, well equipped bathroom, loads of charging points, lovely restaurant, bar and outside space. Unclear what was complimentary in room , the water not in a fridge it seems. Gorgeous, place, decor fab and very comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent - we like to have a good choice of fresh food for that first meal of the day. Location was perfect for us as we were within walking distance of all the main attractions. LIked having a courtyard garden at the hotel and the fact that our room had a balcony overlooking the back of the hotel and this garden. Fantastic view of the city from the 6th floor swimming pool area.

Perfect location! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the modern facility and a wonderful atmosphere. The room was very clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. It was also very quiet. We didn’t hear our neighbors or street noise. The breakfast had a great variety of food/drinks and Joana (server) was so kind and helpful. Thank you Joana for making our stay even pleasant.
